PRICES AND SPECIFICATIONS

Prices, specifications, availability and terms of offers may change without notice.

Despite our best efforts and proofreading, items may contain pricing or typography errors. Correct pricing is validated and confirmed when your order is placed and processed.

All prices on this website are displayed in Australian dollars ($AUD).

PRINT DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

Once your order has been placed, we will process your details and place an order with our printing and framing labs. As all orders are produced upon request, the typical wait time for an unframed print is five (5) working days plus delivery and fifteen (15) working days plus delivery for a framed print. If there are any unexpected delays, we will try to send you an e-mail message to notify you.

We strive to ensure that the shipping charges calculated at the time of payment are accurate. However, there may be situations where the calculation is incorrect and subject to slight variances. In the unlikely situation that shipping costs are higher than paid, we will try our best to cover the difference. However, in cases with a significant difference, we reserve the right to contact you and invoice the difference.

Finished prints are sent via Australia Post, TNT (or similar), and we handle your work to the collection point. Your print can also be tracked – we will send you the details once dispatched. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address, as goods returned to us as undeliverable will incur a re-dispatch fee. Freight charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.

You acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense you incur due to postage or import taxes into the country to which the product will be sent.

All images displayed are subject to copyright as owned by The Ama Project. Using these images for any purpose without the prior permission of The Ama Project is a breach of law and may result in legal action.

Images may not be downloaded, reproduced, copied, projected, or used without express written permission from The Ama Project.

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

Before engaging in any activities, courses, training dives, trips, or services with The Ama Project, participants must complete a Liability Release Form and a Medical Questionnaire Form. These forms should be filled out and submitted to The Ama Project at least 24 hours before the scheduled commencement of the chosen activity. If you answer 'yes' to any queries on the Medical Questionnaire or if you indicate a medical condition on the form, it is incumbent upon you to seek medical advice and obtain clearance from a healthcare professional before beginning the activity. In certain situations, The Ama Project may request that you secure and provide Medical Clearance from a medical practitioner to proceed with the course or activity.

You are responsible for consulting an independent healthcare provider for personalized medical guidance. Failure to obtain medical clearance from a healthcare professional due to a condition that temporarily hinders your participation in an activity with The Ama Project will necessitate rescheduling at your own expense, following the standard rescheduling policies.

If a medical practitioner does not grant clearance for a condition that permanently prevents your participation in the desired activity, you will be eligible for a refund, minus the non-refundable deposit, provided it falls within the specified payment deadlines.

The Ama Project reserves the right to decline to provide freedive training or related activities if they determine that the safety or comfort of the individual, other participants, or the staff may be compromised for any reason.

Cancellations and Refunds

Payment for course and training dive packages is required upfront, and participants will have a 12-month window to utilize these packages.

Due to the elemental nature of some of our provided activities, we do our best to inform participants of any changes or cancellations to the program. In the case of cancellation, the participants can either choose to reschedule or receive a full refund minus any registration fee and/or portion of the program completed.

It is the participants’ responsibility to reschedule within the allocated timeframe of 1 year from the date of the original booking.
